Solo parent group?

Hello 👋

I’m new here, currently navigating a relationship breakdown after 15 years in fairly traumatic circumstances, and bringing up two littles aged 2 and 4. Would love to meet people in similar circumstances, parenting alone or coparenting for company and friendship.

Does anyone know of any that exist in Norfolk and Suffolk?

Have you heard of Gingerbread? They help single parents find support and make new friends with people who really know what it’s like to be in your shoes (other single parents!) through their free online forum, open 24/7.

This is the details for their website - gingerbread.org.uk/
