Hi, anyone else’s little ones having trouble with the new updated cow & gate powder formula? My little boy is 4 weeks old, and I’ve noticed he’s more unsettled during feeds & brings up milk more often since using this formula. I’ve gave him infacol and thought maybe he has trapped wind but his wind seems ok. Just had that ‘mum feeling’ something wasn’t right and thought about maybe changing his milk?

How do I go about changing his milk (first time mum) do I gradually introduce a new formula or … ??? Unsure of what to do..

Thanks x

(Saw on tik tok that other mums were saying the same. The formula is very foamy and has lots of air bubbles, and doesn’t mix well unless really shaken. They also said about their little ones becoming fussy during feeds & being sick after feeds since cow & gate updated their fomurla)

What formula do you mums advice as well pls x

Hi sorry I’m so late replying. My children are all older so off formula but I didn’t want to read and run. Did you progress this further or find out anymore info? I know choosing formulas can be really hard when changes are made so I hope you got this resolved 🤞🏻

Hi, yes I got in contact with my health visitor and she said to stay with the same brand but try comfort milk first before completely changing! Which has helped and he’s much better on this one now. Thank you 😁
