Hello from the USA. Bile recurring for 10 yearsy

Hello to everyone. If my writing is off, I am from the US, Cape Cod area. I really wanted to know what an Oeophagus was.

Pete I'm 20 years out from a trans-hiatial esophagectomy and due to constant bile regurgitation, I burned my mouth and lost my teeth

I agreed to put in j-tubes 2002-2010. The bile kept coming. I finally had it out with my doctors. I want a gastric bypass or reverse the esophagectomy. I was done.

Gastric bypass worked ,well for 2 weeks, then came the acid and bile with regurgitation 15 aspiration pneumonias. Doctors saying the pneumonia is slowly killing me. Did I need a 30 year old Harvard Trained Surgeon to tell me pneumonia is not good? The bile just stopped one day. I went back to note what I was eating and how it got going. I'm going to break out the list later when I find it

Oesophagus is the English spelling for Esophagus. Or food pipe.

Oesophagus is what your feeding tube is when you swallow food it travels down the oesophagus to your stomach so we call it food pipe
