Hi all
I’m 3 years post-op and have now got likely recurrence in a right supraclavicular node - anyone know if this is treatable at all? Or is treatment likely to be palliative?
Thanks again to everyone

Without wishing to offer any kind of false hope, if it has not yet been biopsied, hang on in there: I presented this two years after my Ivor Lewis but biopsy showed that the enlargement was in fact a byproduct of the trauma of the procedure and having had so many lymph nodes removed from my trunk. It doesn't help the anxiety: that's a given. But we have to stay positive.
I have no experience with this but wanted to wish you luck and send positive thoughts your way, I can imagine how it must feel. May I ask how it was discovered?
Thank you so much. It was discovered on a CT scan I had done recently for other abdo issues!
I have just been diagnosed with secondaries to my supraclavicular node. I’m almost 3 years post op and thought I beaten it but it seems not. I’m waiting on my oncologist to tell me my options. I so hope that your biopsy is clear I’m wishing you all the best.
Hoping this is treatable. Sending positive thoughts your way xxx
Hello Amsy
I can’t say I’ve the same experience as you, however only just 2 months after the op.
Wishing you all the best for the future and I hope it all goes well.
Good luck
