Just wanted to say my gorgeous, brave husband passed way yesterday. He fought rigt to the end with courage, dignity and his cracking sense of humour.

I’m new here but have followed your posts. So very, very sorry. I can only imagine how desperate you must feel. I’m sure he was a truly wonderful husband. Just sending you my best.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and messages. Everyone keeps asking how we're doing and I actually think we 're doing alright. There have been a few obstacles this week which I have sorted out and I know he would be proud of me for how I've stood up for myself (and his wishes). Basically I've pulled up my big girl pants and not let anyone walk over me.

His funeral is on Thursday and I hope he gets the send off he deserves. He was one in a million and I miss him terribly, however when I think of him I smile. Ok so there's been a few tears, but mostly smiles about the man he was and the short time we had together. I remember the man he was before the awful stuff started and the is how I hope to continue to remember him..
