Even though I been having multiple kidneys stones on both sides over 6yrs and the doctor don't wants to remove it. It's the same thing drink a lot water and it will pass. I told the doctor I do drink.water but little bit cause I get pain because of the dumplings syndrome and when I tell them the doctor ask me what is dumplings syndrome. I told them I don't have a stomach. Only response I get oh I'm sorry I wish I could do something but I can't. The kidney doctor tell me that they can't do anything about it just drink a lot water and I told the doctor I do because I get dehydrated and I have to take a sip of water so I won't get any pain

I think you should consider going back to your surgeon that did the original gastrectomy and asking their advice if the reason is a technical surgical issue. When your insides have been radically changed through surgery, surgeons that are not in that speciality may be wary of carrying out procedures. As you know only too well, these can be very painful and you will have to have something done, hopefully sooner rather than later, depending on the size of the stones. I personally have not heard of dumping syndrome being caused by drinking water, but I understand that you have a very reduced digestion capacity. But I would think that trying to avoid getting dehydrated by regularly sipping water would be a good thing to persist with.
