I have Achalasia. I've had two procedures to fix this. Now it seems like its worst!!! My stomach feels full after eating just a little. Why?

It may depend on what procedures you have had.

It may be that your stomach has not been used to receiving normal amounts of food for a long time, and will take time to adjust? It may be that food is not travelling down INTO your stomach, making you feel full as if food is sticking; or perhaps food is not flowing OUT of your stomach; or perhaps something is restricting the capacity of your stomach; or perhaps it is to do with the nerves involved; or something else.

It is something that we cannot really answer, but I do suggest that you return to the hospital for a barium swallow test or perhaps an equivalent examination and they can give you the answer.

The procedure I've had was the balloon dilation, and the heller myotomy! The surgery took place in late 2007! I have had problems return even worse! I now get to feeling really full extremely quick and I also start to sweat like crazy and then there is chills to follow!!! It's almost like having the flu but it's ten times worst! My chest burns most time and I always have this feeling that I'm choking! It's making me not eat at all! What can I do to fix this?

I believe you have to see your doctor again, it doesn't sound like something you can fix on your own.
