I have agoraphobia, which is closely connected with my OCD.
I have the alphabet of mental health problems. I just say anxiety because that is underlying in most all mental health problems. I been told ADD, personality disorder, bipolar, manic, gad, sad, ocd etc. like I said the alphabet of mental health. I’ve seen this on my papers but choose not to define myself by labels. I’m just anxious. Nervous. Whatever. I worry a lot.
