not all, creativity like art and music is beneficial in keeping OCD sufferers in the present and away from intrusive thoughts. Did you do it yourself or did you print it from somewhere?

I actually drew it myself, it didn’t really come out the way I wanted it to, but I’m proud of it nonetheless.
