Warm weather

I had a period of time in Spain during the Autumn, even though there was rain a few days whilst there i was like a different person. So much of my pain eased off so much i was able to move around without crutches or my wheelchair. Walks along the beach were a dream that id given up ever doing again. Why dont the NHS save cash and do relocation packages. lol I wish i imagine if it were poss we'd all move to warmer drier climates .. Damp is my enemy .

Hi Caz, Bet you enjoyed the break sounded lovely! Now I'm the otherway round, mine, severe osteoarthritis is so much less when it's cold. It's probably a me thing as so many people say to me when it's nippy, 'I bet you're suffering today.'

I always agree but deep down I'm thinking, 'bring on the frost'. Take care.
