What anti-inflammatory supplements recommended for degenerative joint disease?

Possibles include turmeric, collagen, glucasamine& condroitin, CBD oil. Not much "scientific" proof tho. Diet also worth looking at - if you haven't already suggest cutting down carbohydrates esp processed / sugary / starchy stuff (which includes spuds rice spuds and bread!). And of course keeping muscles active helps relief (e.g walking, yoga, swimming). As far as I know there's no "cure" for osteoarthritis but I've found exercise and healthy diet help keep it at bay.

Thanks for sharing. I just started turmeric and I have gotten some relief. MRI tomorrow of my lumbar spine. Appreciate prayers. Thanks again
