My hands have been sore as can be- I was sure I had carpal tunnel. Finally went to a Hand Surgeon, he took xrays and found I was bone on bone- especially in my thumbs!! Anyone else have this problem? What helps? Im supposed to start therapy in another week or so.

Hello, I too have bad hand pain. Surgery was suggested on both thumbs. Have been a pianist for 65 years. Was not about to try an iffy surgery so I am using heat and exercises. Good luck, just know you are not alone.
