Where have you found and/or received the most useful information about living with osteoarthritis?

Honestly? Reddit and Instagram. I've found a huge community of people with various types of arthritis who are mostly under the age of 50, and figuring out how to continue living and enjoying life despite symptoms and lack of flexibility. The attitudes there are much more positive as well (versus what I found on Facebook).

Thanks for your response, Osteopot. Glad you have found some supportive communities!

Mainly found info online #NHS #arthritisuk #healthunlocked. Verbally, virtually nothing!

Nearly 3yrs on & still learning.

Not what you're looking for?
