Does anyone have highs and lows with methatraxate. My husband picked this one up. I take my jab on a wednesday, then i go into high until about sunday then i seem to run out of juice. Today i feel that i can do anything, but by tomorrow night i start to get exhausted and grumpy. Boy do i ache then.

I'd never thought of this.....but now I'll keep an eye on it as I know I go up & down just hadn't tracked it. I've made myself little skeleton booklets where I keep track of joint pain (bit like the cartoon flip books that you might have had as a kid where flip pages to see cartoon move) so I think I'll add on an energy & happiness symbol. I take MTX on friday's & split the dose into 3 portions (morning, lunch, dinner) and have had no nausea :D I feel absolutely fine over the weekend but am aware of starting to feel a bit tired with achey fingers from a Tuesday..

Recently as of this week :-) I started thinking that it might be the MTX wearing off ahead of the next top up?
