Hi Caza . Yes we are back. Thank you for asking! 
Spent most of yesterday sleeping. Travelling really takes it out of you. Shep is pleased to be home. He went straight to his toy box to check everything was still there.
It's raining here... And cold after the sunny Isles. I'm very tanned. People keep asking me where I've been, when I say Scotland they think I'm joking. I was so lucky with the weather.
On Monday I see rheumatologist. The methotrexate didn't work so I've been off all dmards for a month and just had a steroid shot. No idea what (if anything) will be recommended. Glad I insisted on the steroid shot before I went!
I hope you, and everyone else is Ok?
Today I'm not doing much other than washing and walking the dawg
