I took my first dose of mtx 25 mg injected last night at 9 pm after meal but its been 10 hours i found no any side effects not even nausea

Harry, that is exactly how it should be. Hope it continues this well & you join the many taking Mtx very successfully.

Rheumies don't prescribe it because it's (relatively), cheap but because for many thousands of people all over the world IT WORKS!

I will let you know. They’re about to change my oral methotrexate to injections because I had nausea and slight breathlessness.

Yes. Fabulous. Only some folks get side effects. Hope it kicks in quickly too !
