Has anyone tried Ultra Inflamax for inflammation? I hav been recommended it by a health shop, just wondering before i buy something else!!
Stuff in health shops usually costs a lot. Health shops aren't doctors. "natural" and health shop remedies aren't subject to proper research to see how effective they really are.
I personally wouldn't bother, but if you are keen, make sure you ask your doctor if it is likely to have any kind of interaction with your current meds. You might need to find out the name of the "active ingredient" before you ask though.

Not that keen on health food shops for medical supplies, I would advise you to see your GP and He will advise and supply some medications.
You need to understand if you have a health problem the GP will be in a better place to prescribe a possible better product.
NSID medications have contents that can upset the tummy wall, so rely on your GP
