Can a sustained period of humid heat and exposure to insect bites trigger this condition ?

i spent awweek inmalta in a heatwave [ not expected] and i found my skin has improved and a swim in med sea help too .
Swimming in the sea (brr) on the East coast of Yorkshire, and drying out in the sun on a sunny fortnights holiday used to clear mine for a time
sorry the original question,
I don't think it would help, sweatiness makes me worse.
They don't seem to say what triggers it.
i was told insect bite started mine, but i have a good gp and we seem to have it under control . we noted when i stressed it gets worse , but i look forward to my dips in sea when abroad, back here in UK i buy sea salt and have nice deep bath helps as well cause long way to sea where i am [ midlands] .
my prurigo starts after insect bite, flea bite.
