No effect done once , giving a second trial mid march.
Yes I have had two courses. The first time was fairly successful was clear for about six months. Most recent not successful at all . I think this was because I had a severe stress breakout this time . Had to get steroids to calm skin down.
Yes, in Leeds, with psoleren it improved somewhat. Was also a sunny summer so could have been high vit D
