I’ve suffered from nodular purigo since I was 5 years old, doctors have finally named it couple of years ago, now I’m an adult and I still suffer from it! I am hopeful that there is a cure, I hate the scars! Been calling them my battlescars or tattoos lol

Hi Moonlite 275.
I am sure that we are a rare breed of people with this awful disease. As no one I know, have ever heard of it , let alone know what it can do to a person.
What meds and ointments have you tried ? by the sound of it you must have tried a lot of things over the years.

Hi Anne my apologies for the delayed response my app isn’t working properly argh, yes I tried a few things growing up my parents in there desperation reverted to a so called healer and another place that does electric shocks! I swore to myself that once I get older I would rest my poor body, Dead Sea salt actually works for me it cools my skin down but doesn’t help with the itch, I am hopeful there is cure! Surely We weren’t created to endure this life long suffering 
Hey thanks for your reply, no problems in delayed response pet, am not the swiftest myself. lol.
I use the Dead Sea salt soap , we only have a shower in our bathroom so no way of soaking in dead sea salt.
I have a cream from the dermatologist , which contains menthol which does help with the itch,, and I use an ice pack on top of that when the itch becomes unbearable.
