doctor has given me strong steriods and a steriod cream but for some reason im scared sleep nearly scatched my face off

ive had this condition for a year now just had worst outbreak ever feel so down my work told me in january that i couldnt have any more time off with this condition unfortunatly i couldnt go work as my face arms hands where really bad the itch has got so im scared to sleep think this eposide was brought on through work related stress after 25 years in a job feel so down i also get bitten alot in work by carton mites anyone got any advice for me i hate going out with this condition help
