The National Kidney Foundation wants to improve care for children with kidney disease. As a first step, we are conducting a survey of parents whose children under 18 years old have kidney disease. We want to know what information would help you so we can develop educational materials and resources that will meet your needs.

Please take our survey- thank you! surveymonkey.com/r/FB576XG
