Bummer, I wrote out a long reply and it all disappeared when I had to refresh the page.

To save my fingers I'll tell you I have this, it most likely means you have MGUS when your light chains are high. Here's a link to explain.

Sometimes the cells can effect the kidneys, they can tell from a biopsy.

It's a benign blood disorder, I see a Hematologist every six months for the past 8 - 10 years.

It can progress to other blood disorders but it usually doesn't.

Yeah, those are proteins. The least case senerio is that these molecules are not as big as the albumin protein, so if you are leaking protein, they are also excaping the blood with the larger molecules. However, the Kappa on yours is high. One is responsible for multiple myeoloma. Let us know what our doctor says.
