Digital technology is great, but how will the NHS make sure that the people in our society who don't have access to it still get good care?

An important question as long as it's not used as a barrier to expanding the opportunities to deliver better care using digital. Health must always be universal but if we continue to run kafkaesque legacy systems based around vested interests the whole system will fall down very shortly.
