Random toothpaste question

I hope everyone is, well. My friend recommended oral b 3 d white toothpaste but not sure if safe in pregnancy, does anyone know? I think I read somewhere that if it contains sodium hydoxide it's no good.

Any off the shelf brand of toothpaste would be fine. You won't ingest enough of anything for it to be harmful.
