He is now 12 weeks old but has had a white hard spot near the back of his top gums for a week or so now. It hasn't really moved through any more but is hard to touch. He is also starting to get one next to where his front bottom teeth will be. He dribbles loads and is always eating his hands. He has also started to get more irritable and restless at night time. I have read that this could be symptoms but not sure as the 1st one hasn't developed in a week. He also doesn't have red cheeks and his gums don't seem overly inflamed.
One confused mama!

I have this with my lb.he it nearly 14 weeks I think he teething as he dribbling eating his hand etc and I asked my hv she said they are symptoms of teething .... but they dont normally get their teeth till 6 months old thats what my hv said xx
By about 3 months they find their hands and the drool ramps up massively! My daughter started doing this and we thought perhaps teething but 3 months down the line and we’re still waiting for the first one to appear 😂 Not sure on the irritableness at nighttime etc. Some babies do get teeth early so I wouldn’t rule it out but could also just be normal baby behaviour x
