My cycle are for 31 to 36 days sometimes when I am stressed out it goes upto 40 days . last time I had periods on 11 July and had sex on 17 July 1st time a protected one and after an hour unprotected today is 40 th day am I pregnant??

There's always a chance if you had unprotected sex. But then again it might be a late period cause you're stressing. Have you taken a test? If the test is negative you can wait another week to see if your period come and test again.

If you don't want to get pregnant is get some proper contraception tho
