Hi, I'm 52 and have survived the last 35 years living with cluster headaches ... the first 25 years (1984-2009) I was episodic ... with a couple of missed cycles too 
For the past 10 years I've been chronic and living with it virtually everyday. Life is still wonderful, make the best you can out of every day.
