Can thiamine help reduce tremors? Which form and dosage to use? Are there any other nutritional supplements that can help too?

Hi, I have a cervical dystonic tremor although not too severe. I also have a weird vibration thing going through my whole body at times which my chiropractor has said is essential tremor. I take Solgar Thiamine 200 mg a day and that seems to really help me. I also boosted up my other B vitamins and that has also helped with the vibration thing. So I'd give it a go. With Thiamine it did take a while to work maybe 1 to 2 months. I've stopped taking thiamine for short periods of time and tremor gets worse, so that tells me it definitely helps me. Good luck.

I have not heard of any nutritional help for tremors except avoid caffiene.
