Ah, but the Roadrunner was smarter than the Coyote which probably made it seem like he was faster.

TexasLawman I sure can relate to feeling "devastated!" I first went numb almost 4 years ago!! At age 68! I considered myself an athlete, riding a road bike 200-300 miles a week, 🚴‍♀️ then pretty much going from that to confined to doing not much of anything. Now I'm going through a spell of confinement. I haven't left my property except for 2 Dr. appointments for 4 months! My circle of friend is down to 2! And this group! I had a hip replacemenmt on Feb. 3, I have had 2 dr. appts. 3 Physical therapy appointments. I had blood tests in early March to find out if I was healthy enough to resume MS infusions. Results were not good. My Neuro confined me to home. I managed to walk around the block one time! Devastated describes how I also am feeling. Hang in there! Keep coming back here..🤗😊I am grateful for my crafts, my friends here!🙂🙂

I still have the bike, I dust it off and pump up the tires, my balance has been bad since the night I went numb. As soon as we get more of the patio cleaned up, I am going to set up my bike on the trainer there & go for it!!🚴🚴🚴😊

Take one day at a time. I felt that way with my symptoms worsen. Hold dearly to what you have. Rejoice in all the good things in your life. This shall past. Prayers for you

Beep Beep zoom so sorry to hear your childhood was a lie

I have to admit I got up every Saturday and would sneak to watch it when I was supposed to be doing my homework.

Yes you can say the belt was part of my Saturday routine cuz I would get caught up my sister would scream out you can't watch that

Belt was so regular that there was a belt that was only used to whip us.

If only we had time I could tell you the objects that was used when the belt wasn't around. Maybe that's why we are respectful human beings because the belt and your parents weren't our friends. Time out is a big joke.

My sister used to teach and she said time out has made the children disrespectful . Her friend asked her if she could be a substitute teacher for classroom for a month so she agreed. She told us about this one student who made it a point to act up everyday . Being that you can't touch kids and time out doesn't work. She made the boy stand in the corner squat down away from the wall, she placed books in each on of his hands and he had to stay that way, Then he started acting up more so she piled more books in each hand til she broke him and made realize he was either going to act right or go in corner each time she was there. She said he got the point. When he was allowed to go back to his seat he told his friends he was doing to do his homework and classwork because he didn't want to get on her bad side. When her friend came back to work she told my sister that she never had any problems from that student again

Oooh nooo

Our commuter train here is called the Rail Runner with the locomotive painted with what looks like a road runner (It is our state bird, after all), and when you climb aboard it even does the "Beep Beep" sound from the cartoon. I used to ride it to work, and one morning when I was at the train station waiting for the Rail Runner, I was watching two road runners hanging out on the track. Then the Rail Runner started pulling in and those two road runners started hauling feather!
