Did anyone ever have an exacerbation and Doctors couldn’t locate a cause? I’ve been in severe pain for over 3 weeks and no answers. Help

Do you mean that the doctor has not found any new lesions? I just hope you start getting this pain under control, no matter what the cause.

Yes, no new demyelinating disease in my lumbar spine MRI. They are sending me for pain management for congenital and acquired partial canal stenosis @ L2-3, L3-4, and L4-5. Also left paracentral disc extrusion with cranial migration at L4-5. Correlate for left L5 radiculopathy.

Spinal stenosis can be very painful. I hope pain management finds something that helps!

I have had a pain pump for over eight years and it has been a life saver. Along with MS pain I have two herniated disks, bulged disk, and four bone spurs in lower back. Yes I have had exacerbation without any new lesions or any being active. Ken 👍🐾🐾

wow i am so sorry ...what has the doctor said is going on ..don't know that isn't an answer ,can you get another opinion from another doctor in the clinic ...doesn't sound right i know we get pain with MS but is this different ..appendix ??? gall bladder ???? i would really keep yelling how bad you are hurting and for how long it is been going on ...good luck take care and stay safe...

FearlessMsMimi Have you gotten any answers? or help at least for the pain? My past neuro would send me for steroids if new symtoms came up. The least yours could do, is send you for is an infusion. I hope that you are feeling better by now.
