Yes, and thank you. Daniel Fast, Lord I'm hanging in there - little tough on injection days. I may have to modify slightly if I think symptoms are triggering with at least Salmon. Any suggestions.

I'm with you! Praise the Lord to be able to be walking! I've just come off 12 days of Pred for head issues, and I'm as weak as water, wiped out! Had a GP appt. yesterday morning, and was so weak and hungry that I felt I couldn't make it. I emailed her a question as to whether I could eat breakfast or did I have to come in fasting. She answered back in 15 min. to go ahead and eat a big breakfast! (The latest info out says that fasting or not, does not affect cholesterol readings, except for possibly 10 points on triglycerides.) I ate and felt some better inside, but still walked in very weak. But, Praise God, I walked in, and was still breathing! Today I am still fighting the gravity that seems to be pulling me down, sticking me to this chair. But, I'm going to fight it and move! It's much cooler outside today, but the sun is shining! There is hope for a better day! Spring is just around the next corner! I can see it out my windows! His blessings to you today, and to all our friends who read this!

Is it the ms that’s causing the head issues? I only ask as I too have head problems, sometimes they are so severe I do not know what to do, except take even more pain killers. I hope and pray that was strength is restored and your head issues are resolved. Blessings Jimeka 🤗

My dear sweet Jimeka! I have nothing else to blame it on! I do not have pain, just a weird dullness with heavy fog! If I were to write a book right now, it might be called "Mostly Cloudy." I awoke this morning again feeling earth's gravity pulling me fast to the bed. Had hoped to be able to attend church, but not. I slithered out of bed to the coffee pot, and made my way to the sofa and the morning news. My sweet husband later fixed me eggs, bacon, grits and strawberry toast and delivered it to me right there! I stayed there and watched "In Touch" church services, hoping for energy to come. Still waiting, but have at least moved into another position and location. My verse for this day is "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Is. 40:31 (I sincerely appreciate you, and all your words of encouragement to us all. Thank you.)
