Same here - some days are better than others. But so thankful for the good days, and the ability to realize how good "the good" days really are.

It always depends on energy levels. What I'd like to do isn't always what I can do.

That's why I make two plans for each day. 1st is what I'd like to get done based on energy levels of the past few days. The 2nd plan is for what I can do if energy level is low.

One or the other usually works out, that way I'm able to feel like my goal has been accomplished.

I know what you mean - when I tire I sit for 4 mins and then I get up and go again I just kept doing that if I don't I wouldn't get anything done and I would just keep sitting and that isn't good for any of us. We have to keep ourselves motivated.

Sometimes I try to make a plan but can't complete. Frustrating but I don't know if it is Ms or my makeup that I have and hard to change. Thanks

Multiple step projects, figuring out what to do first, and a total loss of follow through. I don’t finish anything and get caught up with things that don’t matter. It is so hard to accept that I am so utterly helpless.

Pace yourself that’s what I do when I get tired I sit down for five minutes and then if I get hot I get pool into a three minutes and I get back up and do it again that’s what you Gotta do Popsicles really help me stay cool

When I make plans I don’t do nothing else the whole day until time to do that like I like clothes out the night before I packed the night before I have everything ready so I save most of my energy for the event or whatever I’m doing
