Multiple Myeloma stage 3

Hi, does anyone have stage 3 multiple myeloma? My 83 year old FIL has had this for about 3 months. Taking Chemo and now having to have some radiation. He’s had 3 cracked vertebrae’s and know a lesion on his right 11th rib. He’s lost 40 pounds and weight 119 and is 5’9”. We’re just so worried about him. Does anyone have any suggestions?
