Empathy

When my husband was in his final two years of life, we spent a LOT of time in the hospital. I used to look at other people and wonder what their story was and if they understood what I was going through. Then I wondered if I understood what THEY were going through. It's all about empathy and finding the kindness you need for yourself and giving it away only to find it given back.
