If you are on any medication, I should check the side effects.

Hi I had urticaria for 10 years suffered with it through school etc ceretizine hydrochloride works really well and I got cured.... How as embarrassing as it is I caught chlamydia took six tablets to cure it and amazingly no more urticaria not taking a tablet since I couldn't believe it I don't know what's in the tablets I've told doctors etc but not much else I can do hope it helps. My advice is to find them tablets and see if you can get them because ten years with urticaria then after them tablets it disappeared something has to be said about it.... Good luck

Hi, I have had severe eczema for as long as I can remember, all through school etc. My doctor also did the same as steroid creams were not the answer for me so put me on anti histamines. I took these for years and although they worked for a while after about 6 months my body became immune to them and so now when I need them for hay fever etc they have no effect. I would suggest trying to find a practitioner who can recommend different vitamins or probiotics to take as this will boost your whole immune system and make your body stronger in the long run with fighting it off. For example, during the winter I take vitamin D tablets due to the lack of sunlight (although I have taken them all year long as English summers aren't really sun filled anyways), zinc tablets for zinc deficiency, I have taken vitamin C in the past as I have a citrus allergy. theres so many you could need so I wouldn't recommend just trying them but try to find someone who can test which ones you need. The general multivitamins might be a good start but then you could end up being allergic to one of them. Hope this helps and good luck .
