My toe is red and bigger than my other pinky toes( I hit my pink toe on a remote going down)

It's probably nothing, but if the redness and swelling persist you need to see your doctor. There are numerous things that can cause a swollen toe, e.g. minor injury, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, broken toe (very painful often with bruising).
