pip appeal

i have just been awarded pip, they have awarded me standard daily living and standard mobility for my condition after a video call with an assessor. I asked for the report and was penalised for using a hand rail to get off the toliet and being able to hold a mobile phone . They said i couldn't need help undressing as i can use my hands for them.

what has confused me is in the assessers observations she said i had eye contact with her all the time should no anxiety issues was fully dressed and had no one with me to support.

i took the assesment dressed only in a dressing gown and spent tge whole time staring at my wife for support sitting in the opposite corner never looked at my phone balanced on a small table.

i am pleased that i have got the award and dont want to lose it.

has any one appealed and had success or even lost it

any help would

If it’s helps I was told the same things on an assessment you didn’t do anything wrong and unless you have someone helping you daily or can’t walk unaided you won’t qualify for the higher rate
