Hi, new here, I'm Sam, have fibromyalgia and everything else that comes with it, sick of feeling isolated and being overweight, menopause kicking in to!! so giving this ago see what happens

Hi Sam, well as there are no replies up yet thought would send a quick message In the same boat as you. Im ages with you with fibro, trigeminal neuralgia, arthritis and the dreaded menopause (hot flushes have taken over my life lol) There's lots of people on here with similar stories to tell, so we are all struggling, but are not alone. Plenty of us out there unfortunately. Feel free to message

It was our era Erasure. Its my motivating makes me get up and dance music, so if you're feeling down put some on will lift your mood instantly Ive had hot flushes for 5 years so far would you believe! I live in hope that they will have to start subsiding soon. Keep your chin up x

Hi sammie.

I'm 44 with fibro and peri menopausal. I too am also sick of everything that comes with fibro. I'm especially sick of painting on a smile and kidding on everything is OK. I've been so grumpy the last 2-3 weeks and just can't shake it coupled with having no patience I feel like I'm a ticking time bomb. X

Hi Sammie. I’m just new on here too. Totally get you! I’m fed up and having a horrible day. Pains ridiculous. Fibro totally sucks big time eh? Menopause sucks too lol. Does the weather affect you? The sun helps me but when it rains I’m as well hibernating.
