Hi LuLu811 I have this too. Discovered after Liver surgery as I have Budd Chiarri and the ET mutation caused issue. Diagnosed in June and on drugs to lower platelet levels . How did you learn you had ET?

Just a yearly physical that showed an elevated platelet count in Jan 2016. Eight months later i was tested negative for JAK2 mutation and started daily hydroxyurea 500.
