Thought this had some interesting tips in the main article and also comments below in the comments sections about not wearing bras that are too tight which restrict movement of the lymphatic flow. thechalkboardmag.com/detox-...

Thanks so much for posting this, I found it really helpful and interesting. There's so much we can do for ourselves. I wish we still had our own trampoline in the garden for the rebounding but we got rid of it when the children grew up........ still I do Yoga which I think helps. Sophia xx
