Hi , I am new on this too. I just had yesterday quite a shock as noticed a large amount of blood in my urine . I immediately got a doctors appointment and took a sample and got a visit to the local minor injury unit at the local hospital. The locum doctor nipped out and got one of my regular GPs to come in . He looked visibly surprised at my bright red sample and said he d arrange immediately a visit to Urology in the Main District hospital. i now am feeling so apprehensive what the problem might be. Is it serious ?
