Back from my first 2 day retreat...

Hi everyone, I'm Joanna and I did the 2 day living well with the impact of cancer retreat last week...amazing is all I can say.

I'm incurable and the people I met and tools I was gifted with have impacted me greatly in a profound, positive and powerful way

So utterly grateful to Penny Brohn, what they do is invaluable...

So yes, that's me, just thought I'd introduce myself, and in case anyone from the course with Sophie and Pam (31st Jan) are on here and want to say hi to me or Jason

Hi Jo. Pleased you got support from your course, although my cancer is sorted I did a 6 week living well course at my local Macmillan centre which helped me immensely, take care xxx
