I just joined - will be checking in from time to time. My question today is this. I noticed that my toes were starting to lean to the outside and a bunion was forming. I do not wear heals, which is what I always heard caused bunions, so I looked it up and found that it can be caused by MS. I looked up cures and have been using toe spacers and toe splints, which has helped incredibly. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, what did you do about it?

Most people use Facebook groups which are very active and have thousands of members and posts even down to categories of DMT hope that helps
