Have anyone tried Craniosacral Therapy before for migraines? If so, how was the outcome for you?

Hi, my daughter has tried this, she had 4 sessions. She found it very relaxing which for her was good in itself but it didn't do anything for her head pain or help her sleep etc.

Everybody's different so maybe worth a go for you. hope it works
