Burning head

Hi I've been getting burning tingling sensation left side of brain for 6months now. Had scans all clear. Can anybody heip me I'm at wits end

Does it feel like nerve pain? It might be occipital neuralgia? Look up symptoms mine is in the back of my head burning pain....

It comes with stress and when neck hurts. I call it a “flare up”
