Staff are great they care about you Becs Becky and Justin helped me I was unable to have mine due to some of my medical problems because they researched while I waited and did not feel it was safe for me to have it done without speaking to my GP first and bring them written note for them and no need for an appointment and the shop is cool inside not in your face very relaxed they went above and beyond for me and ended up staying and chatting for ages 😊😊😊😊
