What success have people had with B2 (riboflavin) at 200mg twice a day? I have been taking it 8 months and feel I gained about 30% reduction

Hi. I started taking 400mg of B2 and 400mg of magnesium everyday about 8 or 10 months ago. At first I thought it was working but in the past two months I have had some terrible migraines with more frequency. However that could be due to neck strain.

The B2 leaves me with an awful taste that will not leave my mouth and even affects my sense of smell. There are some foods -- banana -- that I can't stand to eat anymore. Have you had anything like this?
