What does the pain in your head feel like? Is it a throbbing or like a dull ache?

Personally the chest pains must be something else............if you haven't pulled anything, I'd get that looked at. From my 15 years of migraine and what I've read, it sounds to me a pinched nerve. My numbness I had down my arm, was from a shoulder injury. Hope this helps.

Does NOT sound like migraine. One sided pain and numbness is typical migraine. Pain in arm and chest NOT migraine. See you DR

I suffer hemiplegic migraines and find when I'm having one which seems to be constantly the past 8months I get pain in my chest go completely numb down my right side and have very poor circulation down my right side it is Ice cold to touch yet my left side is fine I look as though I have had a stroke which scares the life out of my workmates and anyone else who is around me I have MRI scans and neurology appointment but request a scan just to be on the safe side I survive in 100mg tramadol with 2 500mg paracetamol 3x a day and have just been given topiramate to take I can function completely normal when having the tramadol so in fine to take it request a stronger painkiller and make sure you get a scan.
