Liver tests

Had a few LFT blood tests over the years last one in April this year I've also had the upper ultrasound scan in April which was also ok,over the last few weeks I've been feeling exhausted all day I'm still concerned about maybe having some sort of liver disease I've also got a very annoying ache on my upper right that I've had for some time,so my worry is if it's been missed on previous tests.??
